All FUFA products displayed on our site will be true to the eye. We attempt to show our product’s color, design and detail as accurately as possible. However, FUFA cannot guarantee that the colors of the product represented by your server match that of the original product. In addition, FUFA also cannot guarantee that the product worn by the model will look exactly the same on you. All sizes, fits and colors will be included as precise as we can. You will have to rely solely on your own judgment when purchasing our products.

All content, photography, designs, graphics, texts and the like are property of FUFA. Please refrain from using them for any purpose without a written consent or approval. The website should only be utilized for your own personal use. Contents on this site should not be reproduced, published, publicly displayed, modified, altered, sold or in anyway used for commercial purposes. However, we do understand that our images may be used on personal blogs, article mentions, and other marketing media platforms, as long as credit is given to FUFA with a link to our website.
 

It is also not allowed to use our website in any manner that could damage, harm or disable our servers, networks, hosts, systems or other users. Furthermore, by using our website you agree to never access any data that is not intended for your use, and that you will not attempt to log on to a server or account without any authorization.

STOCK INFORMATION

On our site and at our local store, we make every effort to provide sufficient stock of our items. Occasionally, certain products and sizes may sell out. If an item you favor is out of stock, please email us on heythere@shopfufa.com, and we will notify you when it is restocked. In that case, a sign up will be necessary in order for us to be able to contact you through the personal information you provide.
 

If we run out of a specific item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Any changes to the total order will be modified and put on hold until we receive a confirmation email from you. If you wish to proceed with the order please confirm in the email sent to you. If you would like to keep shopping, then please re-add the items you have purchased to your shopping cart and proceed from the start.
 

Please keep in mind that if we do not receive a confirmation email within 3 days of its delivery date, the order will be cancelled.

We understand the concerns customers have with online orders. For that reason we would like to ensure our customers that all information collected on our site is secure and will not be misused in any way.

When ordering or signing up on our site we request the following information: name, e-mail address, phone number, birthday and the delivery address you wish to receive your order at.

PAYMENT METHODS

We understand your concerns with online shopping (especially when shopping from NEW websites)  and respect your privacy. For that we are ONLY applying manual payments as a payment option on our site.
 

Therefore, we give you the option to securely pay manually following the below steps:

 

1. Once you submit your order, we will immediately send you a link on your email with a payment link. 

2. Transfer the requested order amount (the total amount will be converted into EGP equivalent to the AED amount displayed at checkout) . 

3. We will confirm the transaction.

4. Once the transaction is through, an email will be sent to you with the confirmation.

5. Your order will be processed & shipped to you.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by sending an email on heythere@shopfufa.com. We advise you to cancel it within max 24 hours of placing the order to ensure the item has not yet been processed. Kindly note that if the order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel the order. 

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase from FUFA. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept an exchange or return of an unworn item under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for Full Price items with original proof of purchase from our www.shopfufa-uae.com online store.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received (unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached).

  • Items purchased during a promotion where a discount code is provided can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, and the amount paid will be the same amount deducted. 
     

We recommend that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe. 
 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by our team. FUFA will not be held responsible if a return shipment is gone missing.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

Submit a Return by emailing heythere@shopfufa.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, all details of the relevant item(s) and the reason why you wish to return it/them. Please be sure to read the instructions before submitting your return. You may choose to return the item for a refund or store credit to purchase the item(s) you prefer at a later time - please mention your preference in your email to us.

Once we receive your request, we will email you the necessary forms to fill out which should be included with your shipment. Please note we are unable to accept your return without this form.
 

Returns can be processed with the Return Authorization Slip (RAS) within 14 days from the date of reception of your order. Returns can be shipped using any secure means, however, we do not accept liability for lost or damaged parcels. Kindly notify us with the exact day of delivery to ensure someone is there to collect and return/exchange. 
 

We will require the item(s) to be returned within 10 business days of receiving your returns form.  Please ship the parcel including the forms via a traceable method and provide us with the tracking details by email.

Once our team receives the item, it will be first reviewed based on the conditions detailed above, and after we’ll provide the refund to the original method of payment minus any shipping charges, or register a store credit for the original based on your preference. 

Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving the items although it might take longer to be processed with your local bank. You will be notified via email once the refund transaction has taken place.
 

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it if stock is available or refund the cost as long as you have notified us upon arrival that the piece is damaged. 

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. 
 

We reserve the right to deny refund of the garment returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
 

While FUFA seeks to offer a customer-friendly returns policy, please note that habitual returns are closely monitored. Excessive returns by the same individual will be flagged and potentially refused at FUFA’s discretion 
 

RETURNS POLICY FOR CERTAIN PRODUCTS

Swimwear

For hygiene purposes we are unable to accept returns of any swimwear bottoms or one piece swimsuits unless you have received a faulty piece or incorrect size. They must however remain unworn with all hygiene stickers in place.
 

Face Masks

For hygiene purposes we are unable to accept returns of any face masks unless you have received a faulty piece. They must however remain unworn with all tags in place.

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING RATES
FOR AED ORDERS

It gives us great pleasure knowing that you browsed our site, found a match, placed an order and are excitedly awaiting its arrival somewhere in this beautiful globe.

All our beautiful pieces are produced, processed and shipped out from Cairo, Egypt. 

Standard shipping (7-10 business days): AED 20

 

Processing Time 

All orders are shipped through a third-party courier service after being dispatched from the head office. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
 

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to collect the delivery. Also, kindly note that the courier is only responsible for delivering the order and cannot wait for customers to try things on. 
 

In case of any changes or updates to your shipping address, please DM us on Instagram at @shopfufa or simply email us on heythere@shopfufa.com with the updated delivery address. Please note that once your order is dispatched, we are unable to change or update the shipping address.
 

Whilst we strive to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery time from our courier service. It happens that in some unfortunate times there may be delays which are beyond our control, so we appreciate your understanding and patience while we sort out the dilemma as soon as possible. 
 

Kindly note that during busy summer periods or after a collection launch processing may take a little longer. You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.

SHIPPING RATES
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Rates are determined by the weight of your order, which will be calculated for you at checkout.
 

Please use the shipping chart below for an estimated cost in $: (Subject to be calculated at checkout based on country of delivery & weight)

Up to 500g are charged at a flat fee between of $10 - $30

Up to 1Kg are charged at a flat fee between $12 - $40

Up to 1.5Kg are charged at a flat fee between $16 - $50

Up to 2Kg are charged at a flat fee between $20 - $60
 

Processing Time 

It is with great regret that as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic some orders are delayed due to flight disruptions, cancellations and/or government restrictions. 

All orders are sent via Aramex Worldwide Express and include accessible tracking.

The estimated delivery time for orders is 5-14 business days, however, some countries may take longer. 
 

You will be notified via email with the tracking number once your product(s) has been shipped. A daytime delivery address and valid mobile number must be provided on all international orders since all parcels require a signature on delivery. 

CURRENCY, TAXES &
DUTIES

International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay the requested fees upon delivery which are not included in the product(s) price. Unfortunately, FUFA has no control when it comes to processing times or duty rates accorded by Customs in your relevant country.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDERS

Kindly note, that FUFA is unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address, phone number and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
